Potbelly's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter generated much interaction and engagement with sandwich lovers in the U.S. and abroad. With a proud past and an interest in promoting their traditional, new and featured menu items, I worked with the marketing team to serve up regular updates on their latest promotions, engage in playful sandwich banter with followers and share tidbits and fun facts about the brand's mom-and-pop founding.
